L’hôpital cantonal de Lucerne (LUKS) est l’un des premiers hôpitaux à planifier les horaires de travail par intelligence artificielle (IA). L’hôpital souhaite réduire les efforts de planification, investir plus de temps dans les tâches principales et augmenter la satisfaction des collaborateurs·trices. Après des premiers essais concluants, la planification automatique sera lancée au cours du premier semestre 2024.
